Terms and conditions

These conditions apply to all supplies and services which crownStitches peforms for all retail cclients.Different and / or supplementary agreements must be confirmed in writing by crownStitches and this applies even if waiver of the requirement to provide written confirmation

Right of withdrawal
In the Netherlands, there is a statutory period of 7 days. Within this period you can cancel the order without giving reasons. This can be done in writing (an email to info@crown-vof.nl is sufficient) and return the undamaged product in original packaging. Return the products within the prescribed period to:

Make sure the package has sufficient postage to avoid surcharge. If the products are damaged or used, you will be charged the legally determined amount. You can prevent this if you only test the products as you would in a shop, and return the product unused and in original packaging.

Excluded from return are:
* Products specially ordered for the customer or products which by their nature are not suitable for return,
* Audio or video recordings or software if the seal on the media supplied by you is broken.
* Magazines.
Warranty Clause
The warranty is determined by the applicable law. In case of damaged goods we will exchange or repair those goods. If a product can not be repaired or if the rplacement is also defective, you can return the products and get a full refund of the purchase amount. See the product documentation for information on the manufacturer's warranty.

Spam Ban and newsletter.
By ordering in the store crownStitches is entitled to send the newsletter to the email address used when ordering, unless in the comment or in an extra mail is indicated that you don’t want to receive this information. Address and email information is never provided to third parties

Applicable law
In agreements with business customers all legal disputes arising from this business relationship, including disputes about exchange rates and checks, are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the country of  seller.
